  • To file a public records request please click on the JustFoia icon on our webpage.
  • When you get to the JustFoia page click the symbol of the Police badge.
  • Fill out the form completely and with as much information as possible. After you submit your request, you will receive a confirmation email from JustFoia that will have your request number and security key.
  • Public records requests take from 3-10 business days to process.
  • If there are fees associated with your request, you will be sent a fee sheet and at that time can decide if you wish to proceed. If you do still want the records, then you will need to come into the police department and pay first.
  • Payment can be made by check or debit/credit card. Be advised if you use a debit/credit card we do charge a 2% processing fee. Please make sure to bring your valid ID when you come for your appointment.
  • If you do not have access to the internet there is a kiosk in the police department lobby that you can use to submit your request.
  • Please be advised if you come into the police department and submit the request by using the kiosk the processing time is still the same and will take 3-10 business days.
