Our Mission

To deliver excellent land use planning services that support orderly growth, protect Coeur d’Alene’s natural beauty and character, and improve quality of life through implementation of the Comprehensive Plan, fair administration of zoning and subdivision regulations, and effective management of the Community Development Block Grant program.
