We charge $10.00 for the first card and $5.00 for any additional cards. Payment can be made by check or debit/credit card.

Be advised if you use a debit/credit card we do charge a 2% processing fee.

Please make sure to bring your valid ID when you come for your appointment.

We do not offer Livescan printing.
