Planning Department

The Planning Department provides land use planning services to the citizens of Coeur d’Alene.

We assist the community in developing and implementing the 2022–2042 Comprehensive Plan and administer the Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances. We also oversee the City’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program to support affordable housing and community revitalization.
